Most people who walk into Vista have been let down somewhere before: rushed, upsold, or never told what was actually wrong. So we have made the first visit deliberately different — 45 unhurried minutes, complete records, and a written plan you can take home.

What happens, in order
1 · Message us
Tell us your concern on WhatsApp. We suggest a clinic, a time and roughly how long to allow — no call centre, no forms.
2 · Listen first
Before any instrument comes out, Dr. Kavitha asks what is bothering you, what you have tried, and what outcome you actually want.
3 · Complete records
Full examination of teeth, gums, bite, joints and soft tissues, with digital X-rays or a 3D intraoral scan only where they change the diagnosis.
4 · Written plan & costs
You leave with the diagnosis explained on screen, options ranked honestly, timelines, and the full cost in writing — including the do-nothing option.
Our promises to you

- We show you your own scans and X-rays, not stock pictures
- Options are ranked by what is clinically right, not what is expensive
- You can take the plan home and decide — quotes stay valid for 60 days
- Second opinions are welcome and never charged extra
- Every instrument is autoclaved; single-use items are opened in front of you
What to bring
- Any previous X-rays, OPGs or dental reports
- A list of medicines you currently take
- Medical history — diabetes, BP, thyroid, blood thinners, allergies, pregnancy
- For children: school timings so we can schedule around them
- Your questions, written down — nothing is too small to ask
